Sheehan Phinney’s Distressed Assets Group, formed in response to the current global economic condition, focuses on real estate and commercial loan workouts and loan purchase and sales. With experience that dates back to the recession of the late 1980s and early 1990s, this group is comprised of experienced real estate, bankruptcy, and litigation attorneys. We have extensive workout, restructuring, and loan sale experience and can draw on the expertise of our attorneys in our tax, environmental, and corporate practice groups.

Sheehan Phinney’s Distressed Assets Group has advised lenders and borrowers in a wide range of sectors on loss mitigation and recovery maximization strategies. Additionally, the Group offers services related to:

Bruce H. Bagdasarian

Bruce has a diverse commercial real estate lending and transactional practice. He has extensive experience representing lending institutions in connection with construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine loans. He also represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, borrowers in commercial real estate financings, lenders and borrowers in business
