Sheehan Phinney seeks a Healthcare attorney with portables, 8+ years of experience, and fluency in all relevant federal laws and regulations including Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, etc. to join a sophisticated healthcare practice in our Boston office. Litigation Legal Secretary:

Sheehan Phinney seeks an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in our growing Boston office. This position supports three busy attorneys, with both litigation and business counseling practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and third parties on a professional level; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organizational skills are also a must.

Duties include preparing/revising documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms; scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and depositions; court and agency filings including e-filing; processing mail; transcribing dictation; and general administrative duties, including filing and file maintenance.

Requirements include five or more years as a Legal Secretary, including substantial litigation experience, excellent technical skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of state and Federal court filing requirements, including experience with e-filing. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting a busy legal practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and third parties on a professional level; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organizational skills are also a must.

Duties include preparing/revising documents, correspondence; scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences and speaking engagements; and general administrative duties, including filing and file maintenance.

Requirements include five or more years as a Legal Secretary, including substantial real estate experience; excellent technical skills including proficiency with MS Office and highly skilled at document editing and client interaction. Our ideal candidate has experience supporting a busy legal practice.
