Healthcare Attorney:

Sheehan Phinney seeks a Healthcare Attorney with portables, 8+ years of experience, and fluency in all relevant federal laws and regulations including Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, etc. to join a sophisticated healthcare practice in our Boston office. 2nd-3rd Year Commercial Litigator Associate Position:

This candidate should have excellent academic credentials, research and writing skills, experience in Massachusetts Superior Court and Federal Court, ability and willingness to handle different types of litigation cases, interpersonal skills, and commitment to zealous advocacy.

7th-10th Year Commercial Litigator Senior Associate / Lateral Partner Position:

This candidate should have demonstrated and excellent skills in handling every aspect of litigation. Also will consider Lateral Partner position for the right candidate with modest portables and desire to use firm’s platform and resources to develop business.

Director of Administration:

Sheehan Phinney seeks a Director of Administration (DOA). The DOA is responsible for overseeing all firm administration to include Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Library/Research, and general operations. Experience in all areas preferred. The position reports to the Managing Director and Management Committee. Minimum ten years of proven executive experience with a legal services provider is desired, however applicants with comparable non-legal professional service executive experience will be considered.

Leadership qualities, initiative, the ability to perform independently, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required. Excellent judgment and problem solving skills are essential. An MBA or equivalent education and experience is strongly preferred. The firm provides a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, and a salary commensurate with experience.
