Litigation Support Specialist:
Sheehan Phinney seeks an energetic, motivated Litigation Support Specialist with a can-do attitude for our Manchester office. This position works directly with the Manager of Electronic Discovery and will support attorney and paralegal litigation teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and third parties on a professional level; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a high level of project management and organizational skills with an emphasis of follow-through skills is required. Candidate must be a team player, but also able to work independently and take initiative as appropriate.
Responsibilities include working with clients to help identify, preserve and collect relevant ESI; working with review teams to develop review protocols; loading, processing, indexing, and producing documents in an in-house Relativity environment; working with the Manager of Electronic Discovery to administer, maintain, and customize the environment and the user interface; troubleshoot technical issues as they arise; work one on one to train attorney and staff in the advanced use of kCura Relativity. Requirements include a four year college degree or equivalent experience including a minimum of two years as a Lit Support Professional involving substantial litigation support services with eDiscovery experience; excellent technical skills including proficiency with all MS Office products, familiarity with MS Server software and environments; facility with Microsoft and Apple computer platforms.
