We are hiring a full-time Legal Assistant who will use their honed expertise to support up to five attorneys in multiple practice areas. Responsibilities include preparing/revising documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms; scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and depositions; court and agency filings including e-filing; processing mail; file maintenance and general administrative duties along with other tasks as assigned.
We’re hiring for a Probate and Trust Paralegal who will work out of both our Manchester and Concord offices. This position will work closely with clients and will be the point of contact responsible for the administrative process and all details associated with each case. It will also include addressing substantive probate and trust administration work providing support to this busy practice group. This includes preparing probate filings, estate and trust accounts, estate and trust funding documents, and real estate closings applicable to an estate and/or trust.
Our Probate and Trust Administration Practice Group has a need for a temporary administrative person in Concord, NH for six months. This opportunity could potentially transition into a permanent position in Manchester, NH afterward. This role takes direction from a Senior Trust and Administration Paralegal and will tackle all things administrative.
