Sheehan Phinney seeks a Director of Administration (DOA). The DOA is responsible for overseeing all firm administration to include Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Library/Research, and general operations. Experience in all areas preferred. The position reports to the Managing Director and Management Committee. Minimum ten years of proven executive experience with a legal services provider is desired, however applicants with comparable non-legal professional service executive experience will be considered.

Copy Center Clerk:
Sheehan Phinney seeks an energetic, motivated Copy Center Clerk with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will assist the Facilities/Office Services Manager with the everyday operations of the copy center, mail distribution and other duties as assigned or as may be necessary to meet the operational needs of the Firm.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of all staff is crucial. Must be punctual, reliable, a team player, self-motivated, patient with all staff, and always willing to demonstrate great customer service within the Firm.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience with high volume copy machines and binding and finishing work as directed, which may include binding, folders, laminators, hole-punching, etc.; performing document scanning and uploading as directed; ensuring upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping the areas neat and well stocked; distributing print jobs, fax transmissions, mail and office supplies to staff and/or designated drop-off points as required. Familiarity with outgoing mail preparation and incoming mail distribution a plus. Knowledge of MS Office and email systems preferred.
Preference given to applicants who have previous copy center experience in a law firm and/or applicants who have previous experience in use and operation of copy center equipment.
