Billing Associate, Manchester, NH:

This role includes processing electronic and specialized client bills and entry of conflicts data and new matter reports, in compliance with specialized billing guidelines. Will serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries, including researching and responding to questions, other special projects, and other tasks as assigned.


HR Coordinator, Manchester, NH:

The HR Coordinator is an important part of the HR group and works closely with firm personnel to actively promote the firm’s service-oriented culture and commitment to employees. The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to benefits, employee relations with large focus on events, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management along with other tasks as assigned. Although this position is based in Manchester, NH the HR Coordinator works at other Sheehan locations from time to time.


Document Review Attorneys – Temporary 4-6 Mo., Hybrid after Training, Manchester, NH:

Seeking a full-time Temporary Attorney for first level document review work. It is critically important that applicants take pride in their work and be able to work collaboratively in a team. Work includes reviewing and coding documents, conducting searches, and assembling work product. Up to 4 – 6 months in duration, positions start in July. Applicants must be able to work on-site in Manchester, NH daily for three weeks of training and a minimum of one day/week thereafter.
