A natural educator and speaker, Judith has lectured in her practice areas through continuing legal education programs with the NH Bar Association, as well as to area agencies, non-profit organizations and private companies. With her law partner, Ann Butenhof, Judith has co-authored a chapter entitled “Special Needs Trusts” in the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publication “A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in New Hampshire.” While at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law she interned as a law clerk with the New Hampshire Supreme Court and as a student attorney with the New Hampshire Appellate Defender’s Office.
