Triple Peaks, LLC is the parent company for Okemo Mountain Resort (Ludlow, VT), Mount Sunapee Resort (Newbury, NH) and Crested Butte Mountain Resort (Mt. Crested Butte, CO). The Sheehan Phinney team assisted and advised the owners and management of Triple Peaks, LLC and co-counsel on matters relating to the application of New Hampshire law to the transaction, including corporate issues, real estate permits and financing , environmental questions, labor and employment law compliance , intellectual property rights and tax law.
