Congratulations to our client, Powersim, Inc. on its recent sale to Altair Engineering Inc. Powersim makes simulation and design tools for power electronics, including power supplies, motor drives, control systems, and microgrids. Sheehan Phinney represented Powersim and its shareholders in connection with the negotiation and completion of the sale.
