Responsibilities include working closely with the litigation team and clients to identify, analyze, and preserve ESI (electronically stored information) ensuring electronic data, (such as emails, text messages, audio/video files, and documents), are collected, processed, analyzed and reviewed securely and legally. Interfaces with internal firm personnel to support their use of Sheehan’s Electronic Discovery tools and follows protocols to load, process, index, and manage document productions in the Reveal environment along with other tasks as assigned.

Our well-established Trust and Estates team is hiring an additional paralegal. Based on experience, this position will take on appropriate responsibility for drafting basic estate planning documents, probate filings, trust administration, funding, and related materials. Additional responsibilities include preparing and filing court documents, conducting asset inventories, and communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions. The role also maintains records, conducts research, and prepares and organizes documents and correspondence, along with other tasks as assigned.
