
Paul has a wide-ranging corporate practice that assists individuals and businesses with nearly all of their transactional needs. He represents emerging and established businesses, as well as their founders, corporate executives and investors.
Paul counsels clients on the structuring and formation of new business ventures, which includes entity selection, the negotiating and drafting of corporate governance documents, and corporate succession planning. He routinely handles mergers and acquisitions (including stock and asset acquisitions and purchases), debt and equity financings, and securities law compliance. Paul also advises clients on other general business matters including commercial contracts, operational issues and real estate transactions.
During law school, Paul was a civilian intern with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, Appellate Defense Division. Prior to law school he worked as a Portfolio Analyst in the investment division of a national bank.
