Kim’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and other corporate governance matters. He received his A.B. from Harvard College and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. While at Harvard, Kim was both a Gates Millennium Scholar and a Korean American Foundation Scholar. He speaks native Korean and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
