- Represented a private equity investor in its $900 million acquisition of a legal practice management software company.
- Represented a private equity investor in its roll-up acquisition of individual medical practices (oral and maxillofacial surgery) for its domestic medical practice platform (prior to a $917 million platform sale).
- Represented a rehabilitation treatment services provider in its acquisition of an addiction treatment center.
- Represented a British manufacturing company in its acquisition of US electronic solution companies.
- Represented a private equity investor in its acquisition of a US-Israel online customer data analytics company.
- Represented a Mexican private equity investor in its divesture of a cold storage & supply chain portfolio to a US private equity investor.
- Represented a private equity investor in its divesture of metal processing plants to a Dutch manufacturer.
