On May 8, 2020 Shareholder Kenneth Viscarello testified in front of the New Hampshire Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) Stakeholder Advisory Board. This New Hampshire group will decide on the allocation of New Hampshire’s portion of the $1.25 billion from the CARE Act. Viscarello spoke on the need to allocate funding to continue the development of affordable housing, necessitated by decreased pricing in the tax credit equity markets.
