Former state environmental chief returns to private sector

The man who served as New Hampshire’s chief environmental officer for the past decade has returned to the law firm he left 10 years ago, with plans to help clients navigate environmental regulations.

Tom Burack, who stepped down from state office at the end of December, has returned to the law firm of Sheehan Phinney, with offices in Concord, Manchester, Boston and Hanover, where he worked from 1989 to 2006.
