Andrew joined the firm in 2023 and is a member of its Corporate Group. Andrew assists with entity formations, contract and employment matters, and a range of other general corporate matters, including data privacy and security. Andrew is also interested in corporate and non-profit governance and federal and state regulatory issues.

Before joining the firm, Andrew served as a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of NH.  He’s currently an Individual Ready Reserve Officer for the US Army, formerly serving as an Active Duty Infantry officer from 2014-2017. While at Duke University School of Law, he served as Co-Director for the Duke Law Veterans Assistance Project, as well as a Student Attorney for the Community Enterprise Clinic and the Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
