Kaitlin joined the firm in 2022 and is a member of its Corporate and Health Care Groups. She represents health care clients on compliance matters and assists business clients with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Kaitlin worked at a New Hampshire general practice firm and served as a judicial extern with the Honorable Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi of the New Hampshire Supreme Court and was an intern at the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights.
