
Nicole first joined Sheehan Phinney in 2021 as part of the Healthcare and Corporate Practice Groups. After a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Samantha D. Elliott at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and her maternity leave, Nicole returns to the firm in its Litigation Department. She brings both trial court and appellate experience to her practice as well as her experience in the private sector, having spent six years working for a multinational, Fortune 500 company as a business consultant and project manager before turning to the law. Her practice spans a variety of civil litigation matters.
Nicole was previously a judicial clerk for the Honorable Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. During law school, Nicole served as a legal resident to the Honorable Landya B. McCafferty at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and as intern for the ACLU-NH.
