Nicole is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where her practice spans a wide variety of civil litigation matters. She first joined Sheehan Phinney in 2021, and she returns to the firm after a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Samantha D. Elliott at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and her maternity leave. She brings both trial court and appellate experience to her practice as well as her experience in the private sector, having spent six years working for a multinational, Fortune 500 company as a business consultant and project manager before turning to the law.

Nicole was previously a judicial clerk for the Honorable Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. During law school, Nicole served as a legal resident to the Honorable Landya B. McCafferty at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and as intern for the ACLU-NH.
