Sheehan Phinney Welcomes Two New Attorneys

(12/4/2017, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA is proud to welcome Gregory A. Chakmakas and Bryanna K. Devonshire to the firm’s Manchester, NH office.

Chakmakas will join the firm’s Real Estate Group where he will focus on assisting nonprofit and for-profit owners and developers in acquiring, developing and preserving affordable housing. He will also represent developers, landowners and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, and zoning matters. Prior to joining the firm, Chakmakas practiced with a law firm in northern Virginia where he represented common interest communities of various sizes, including, assisting with Board operations, preparing necessary amendments to governing documents and policy resolutions, and contract review.  He is admitted to practice in Virginia and New Hampshire and received his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from East Carolina University.

Devonshire is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Environmental Groups. Before joining the firm, she worked at a legal clinic providing pro-bono services in areas such as bankruptcy, children’s rights, domestic violence, family law, housing, and immigration. Devonshire also taught legal writing to first-year law students. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and has her J.D., magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College.
