Greg works in the firm’s Real Estate Group with a focus on assisting nonprofit and for-profit owners and developers in acquiring and preserving affordable housing. He also represents developers, landowners and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, and zoning matters. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and New Hampshire and received his J.D., Cum Laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from East Carolina University.

  • With Shareholder Kenneth A. Viscarello, successfully represented a for profit affordable housing developer in the new construction of 3 residential buildings in Yarmouth, MA. The site will contain 69 low-income units using a blend of debt and equity financing with permanent sources totaling $22,879,608.55. This transaction was financed in part with Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued by the Massachusetts Department and of Housing and Community Development.
