(July 2, 2018, Manchester, NH) – Shareholder Kenneth A. Viscarello has been named Chairman of the CATCH Neighborhood Housing Board of Directors.
CATCH Neighborhood Housing endeavors to bring affordable homes to everyone. They are a local non-profit organization specializing in affordable housing and real estate education services in Merrimack County. No matter how the economy is, people will always need affordable housing.
Viscarello is Chair of the firm’s Affordable Housing Group. He has a diverse practice concentrating in affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents a number of contractors and developers in the preparation and negotiation of construction and architect’s contracts.
