(8/13/2020, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney is proud to welcome Abbygale S. Martinen to its Business Litigation Group. Martinen will work out of the firm’s Manchester, NH office.
Martinen’s practice encompasses a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. She represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and in mediation.
Martinen currently serves as a 2020 Crisis Response Fellow with NH Legal Assistance, where she will help NHLA respond to increased legal needs created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Before joining the firm, Martinen served as a judicial extern with the Honorable Gary E. Hicks, Senior Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court and as a judicial intern with the Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro at the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her B.A. and B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, summa cum laude. Martinen also has a certificate in sports law.
