Gregoire’s health care practice consists of advising providers of all types on regulatory, corporate, contracting, licensing, risk management, privacy, and patient care issues. He routinely represents licensees before health care licensing boards such as the NH Board of Medicine and NH Board of Nursing. Whitcomb’s practice centers on intellectual property, particularly patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and patentability and freedom to operate opinions. He specializes in U.S. and international protection for innovations in communication systems, embedded systems, computer electronics and interfaces, software, sensors and semiconductor devices, internet architectures, musical instruments and technology, optics, and medical imaging and devices. Whitcomb draws upon twenty years of experience as a development engineer in telecommunications, defense, and music software. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Whitcomb received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, his BSEE from the University of Massachusetts and his A.B. in physics from Colgate University.
