Department of Homeland Security Will Lead a Cyber Breach Table-Top Exercise (In Person Program)

October 27, 2022 at 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Complimentary

Sheehan Phinney, together with the United States Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), will host an interactive session in which attendees will complete an exercise based on actual cyber threats.

Program Description:

Attendees will be provided a fact pattern of a ransomware event and work collaboratively in small groups to determine the fictional company’s response. The presenters will provide feedback to the groups on their responses to the mock event, offer tips to improve on the groups’ responses, and provide written materials that can be used by the attendees at their companies. The event will provide an example of a table-top exercise that attendees can take back and utilize in their own companies to be better prepared in the event of a cybersecurity incident. Complimentary lunch and networking time to follow this one-hour event.
