Sheehan Phinney’s Affordable Housing team successfully represented developer Jack Franks in the the development and new construction of a 22 affordable housing units, Abenaki Spring, in Walpole, NH. Governor Chris Sununu attended the grand opening of the development. “As businesses are coming in, this is what everyone is looking for.
