(11/15/2018, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green shareholder Jason D. Gregoire has been named to the Board of Directors for the NH Providers Association (NHPA). The Mission of the NHPA is to help quality caregivers better serve those who need care and to help individuals make informed decisions in care options for loved ones.
Gregoire’s health care practice consists of advising providers of all types on regulatory, corporate, contracting, licensing, risk management, privacy, and patient care issues. He has a wealth of experience in areas such as HIPAA, Part 2, Stark and Anti-Kickback, professional licensing, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement. He routinely represents licensees before health care licensing boards such as the NH Board of Medicine and NH Board of Nursing.
Gregoire was a 2014 graduate of Leadership Seacoast and has been named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® for his work in health care. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
