(12/6/2018, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA is proud to welcome Kolbie R. McCabe and Madeline Christie Hutchings to the firm’s Manchester, NH office.
Hutchings is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Family Law practice group where she will counsel clients by drafting estate plans that satisfy clients’ personal and financial objectives, as well as by providing the legal documents that give clients peace of mind over the future management of their healthcare or business affairs. Hutchings also works with many shareholders in the representation of charitable organizations and other not-for-profit clients. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from Tufts University, summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire.
McCabe joins the firm’s Corporate Group where her practice will involve corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. She will also assist clients in a broad range of tax-related matters for businesses, individuals, and tax-exempt organizations. McCabe received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire. While at UNH McCabe was a member of the UNH Law Moot Court Advisory Board (2017-2018) and was a finalist in the 2016 competition. She received the 2018 Howard James Nedved Award and was a Champion for the 2018 National Trial Competition.
