Shirley Named Piscataquog Land Conservancy Chairman of the Board

(11/7/2018, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Shareholder James Q. Shirley has been named Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Piscataquog Land Conservancy.  Shirley has served on the Board since 2011.

Shirley is a senior member of the litigation department and serves as the firm’s general counsel. He has successfully handled litigated cases in state and federal court in New Hampshire and in neighboring jurisdictions for over 35 years. Over time, he has focused on matters involving commercial disputes, professional negligence, product liability, toxic torts, real estate and insurance coverage. Whether by tracking wildlife, working with school children, partnering with other conservation organizations or educating the public about the threat of non-native plants, volunteers are carrying out the work of conservation throughout the watershed.
