Lirette is an experienced civil litigator and a member of the firm’s business litigation group. He has represented companies in complex commercial litigations and securities fraud cases in state and federal court. Lirette has helped businesses and entities navigate a variety of disputes, including contract disputes, construction litigation, and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Lirette practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. He recently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. DiClerico, Jr. and the Honorable Landya McCafferty of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Lirette received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. from Boston University.
