Manchester has been recognized by 2020 Vision Quest with its 2017 Visionary Award at their Annual Dinner on November 18, 2017. Manchester received the award for her “exemplary leadership, guidance, mentoring and her humanitarian efforts”.
2020 Vision Quest leads and inspires students and professionals to reach beyond adversity and achieve their peak potential. They believe in leading by example, in climbing the highest peaks, and in sharing successes and challenges with each other. Funds raised through these endeavors will be given to two remarkable organizations which benefit the visually impaired community: the Future in Sight and the internationally renowned Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Manchester conducts an active commercial real estate practice. She represents developers before land use bodies and analyzes complex title issues from a technical, as well as practical, viewpoint. Manchester has specialized knowledge in condominium law. Manchester has been recognized throughout the state for her work in the community, most recently with the 2016 David P. Goodwin – Good Neighbor Award and the 2017 Pastoral Counseling Services Good Samaritan Award. She has been consistently recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America® and New England Super Lawyers® for her work in Real Estate. Manchester is a fellow for the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University.
