Three Sheehan Phinney Attorneys Named Lawyer of the Year for 2018

Susan Manchester chairs the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where she conducts an active commercial real estate practice. She represents developers before land use bodies and analyzes complex title issues from a technical, as well as practical, viewpoint. Manchester has specialized knowledge in condominium law. Manchester has been recognized throughout the state for her work in the community, most recently receiving the 2017 Pastoral Counseling Service Good Samaritan Award. She has been consistently recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America® and New England Super Lawyers® for her work in Real Estate. Manchester is a fellow for the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University.
