(April 26, 2017, Manchester, NH) – Shareholder Kenneth A. Viscarello has been named Vice Chair to the CATCH Neighborhood Housing Board of Directors.
CATCH Neighborhood Housing endeavors to bring affordable homes to everyone. They are a local non-profit organization specializing in affordable housing and real estate education services in Merrimack County. No matter how the economy is, people will always need affordable housing.
Viscarello is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, serving as the Chair of the Corporate Department. He has a diverse practice concentrating in affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits. He also represents a number of contractors and developers in the preparation and negotiation of construction and architect’s contracts.
Viscarello has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate since 2007, and was named Manchester Lawyer of the Year in 2014 and 2017. He has also been listed in Chambers USA and was named a New England Super Lawyer, both in the area of real estate. In 2009 Ken was named as one of the “25 Leaders for the Future” by Business NH Magazine. Viscarello is very active within the local community. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Special Olympics, a position he also held from 2002-2003. He is a Board Member and Treasurer for New Hampshire Farm Museum, a Member of the Resource Development Committee, Neighborworks Southern New Hampshire and a Member of the Advisory Board Member, The Way Home. Viscarello is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, received his A.B. from Boston College and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College School of Law.
