Stewart is a critical component of the firm’s Electronic Discovery team. He assists clients and attorneys as they navigate the complicated and always evolving world of Electronic Discovery. Stewart has worked with attorneys to develop and maintain best practices for litigation holds, ESI stipulations, clawback agreements, client ESI preservation and collection, Rule 26 meet and confers, ESI processing, analysis, review and production, and Electronic Discovery Project Management. He has successfully managed cases as large as 26 million documents and helps our attorneys leverage advanced analytics tools to get to the documents that matter most, faster and more efficiently than other law firms. Stewart is a member of The Sedona Conference (Working Group 1), Association of Certified Ediscovery Specialists, kCura Relativity User Panel and is Co-leader of the Boston Relativity Users Group.
