From the South, North or West Take I-293 to Exit 6, Amoskeag Bridge Exit. Bear right off exit ramp, past traffic light and over the Amoskeag Bridge. After the bridge, take a right at the traffic light onto Elm Street. Go approximately one mile to 1000 Elm Street. Parking is available in the municipal garage immediately behind the building, between Spring and Mechanic Streets.
Parking Garage - Take the third floor walkway into the Brady Sullivan Plaza building. Go through the mall area toward the front of the building, turning left after the Post Office then follow the hallway around to the elevators for the tower. Our offices are on the 17th floor.
From the West, Route 101 East and I-293 North Take Route 101 East to I-293 North to Exit 5, Granite Street Bridge. Turn right onto Granite Street to the second set of lights; take a left onto Canal Street, to the third traffic light. Turn right at light onto Mechanic Street then take an immediate left onto Plaza Drive. Parking is available in the garage on your left.
From the East and Route 101 West Take Route 101 West to I-93 North to Exit 8, Wellington Road. Turn right at the end of ramp onto Bridge Street. Proceed on Bridge Street through 8 sets of lights. At the 8th set of lights, turn left onto Elm Street. Take second right onto Spring Street, then left onto Plaza Drive.

From the South Take I-93 North to Concord to Exit 14, Loudon Road. Take a left at the light. Go through two sets of lights. At the third set, take a left onto Main Street.

Parking
Two-hour metered parking is available on Main Street and surrounding streets (25 cents per half-hour).
Long-term parking can be found on School Street in the parking garage. After you make the turn onto Main Street, School Street is the 3rd street on the right (Merrimack County Savings Bank is located on the corner). Take a right onto School Street and the entrance to the parking garage will be on your left. This is a metered lot where you can park for up to 10 hours.

From the North or West Take I-89 to Exit 18. Turn left (in the direction of Hanover and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center) on Route 120 north. Proceed on 120 north for approximately 4 miles, and then make a slight left onto Lebanon Street. Go approximately ½ mile on Lebanon Street and make a left onto Main Street. Take the first right, onto Maple Street. Our building is on the left at Two Maple Street (Ledyard Bank Building).

From the North on I-93 (The Southeast Expressway) Go South on I-93 into the city. Pass over the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge into the tunnel. Take Exit 24A toward Government Center. Merge onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. From the South on I-93 (The Southeast Expressway) Go North on I-93 into the city. Go under the Liberty Tunnel (stay in the right lane when entering the tunnel) and take Exit No. 23 (the first exit in the tunnel). Exit onto Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic Avenue until it is intersected by State Street. Take a left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. From the West on the Massachusetts Turnpike Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike into Boston. Take the last exit and follow signs to I-93 north. Go under the South Station Tunnel and take the Atlantic Avenue exit. Follow Atlantic Avenue until it is intersected by State Street. Take a left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. Driving directions from Logan Airport From airport exit, Merge toward I-93 North/Storrow Drive (portions toll), passing into the tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, take the ramp toward RT-3 North/Storrow Drive. Directly following, turn right onto Hanover Street, then take a quick right onto Tony DeMarco Way/Fleet Street, then a right onto Atlantic Ave/Commercial Street, and a right onto State Street. Follow State Street through the intersection of Congress Street. State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect. From Logan Airport by MBTA Take the free Massport Shuttle Bus to Airport Station on the Blue Line. Take inbound Blue Line train to State Street Station. One Boston Place is directly opposite State Street Station.
Parking
Follow Court Street to the end, passing One Boston Place to your left and taking a left onto Tremont Street. Take the first left onto School Street. Follow to bottom of street and take left onto Washington Street. PI Alley parking garage will be one-half block on the left. One Boston Place is next door to the garage.
