Kilchenstein Named to Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation Board of Directors

(Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder, Eric Kilchenstein has been named to the Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation Board of Directors. The Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation invests in resources to help improve access to affordable housing, eliminate food insecurity, and support education initiatives.

Kilchenstein is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Groups. His Commercial Real Estate practice includes an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including the purchase, sale, financing, development (including land use, zoning and permitting), and leasing of healthcare, banking, office, industrial, retail, fitness, hospitality, shopping center, hospital and technology-driven properties. Kilchenstein also has extensive experience in general transactional matters and regularly represents large, mid-sized and small companies, private equity groups, non-profits, and lending institutions.

Kilchenstein previously served as Chair of the Real Estate Section of the NH Bar Association, received his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.A. from Mary Washington College. He has served as lead deal counsel or local counsel on several transactions of recent newsworthiness across the Northeast, including corporate headquarters projects, as well as maintained an active practice representing businesses on day-to-day commercial real estate and general transactional matters.
