Attorney Eric Kilchenstein presented at the NH Bar Association CLE webcast, Navigating Complexity in New Hampshire Real Estate Law, on June 18, 2026. The program brought together experienced attorneys to address key issues facing real estate attorneys, including title defects, environmental liability, land use approvals, bankruptcy-related creditor and landlord rights, boundary disputes, and the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice.
