NeighborWorks Southern NH enhances people’s lives and the community environment by providing access to quality housing services, revitalizing neighborhoods and supporting opportunities for personal empowerment. They lead reinvestment and reinvigoration efforts in neighborhoods throughout Manchester, and have expanded community development focus to towns in Southern New Hampshire. They also work with individuals and families, educating them on the home ownership process, building financial assets, achieving greater economic security, overcoming poverty, and becoming involved to preserve the quality of their neighborhood.
Carrier’s practice focuses on business litigation and involves representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and in mediation. She has been named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® for her work in litigation. Carrier is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Wheaton College.
