Since joining the firm in 2011, Megan has built a diverse practice focused on general civil litigation and land use law. She represents clients before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and mediation in relation to a broad range of civil matters. Typical litigation matters include employment, insurance coverage, and land use disputes, in addition to generalized contract and tort disputes. In addition, Megan guides developers and property owners through the often complex process of securing approvals from local planning and zoning boards, helping them navigate regulatory challenges and achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. Her land use experience includes assisting with multi-family housing developments, including affordable and workforce housing, substance use treatment facilities and recovery residences, and various commercial and residential projects. She also represents clients in appeals from local land use board decisions.
