Burgener focuses on commercial real estate, advising clients on finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions and leasing matters. She has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in acquisition, refinance, construction and mezzanine loans. Burgener is admitted in Massachusetts, received both her J.D. and LLM, Taxation, from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from Colgate University.
