Represented CDFI lenders making secured and unsecured loans to charter schools and affordable housing developers in multiple markets.
Represented a life science company leasing approximately 52,000 square feet of office and lab space in Cambridge, MA.
Represented a lead lender in connection with a syndicated construction loan of $350,000,000 in Massachusetts.
Represented a private equity firm to coordinate and close the assumption of over 70 mortgage loans in connection with a multifamily portfolio acquisition.
Represented several CMBS lenders originating securitized debt across multiple asset classes (multi and single tenant office, retail, and hotel) and markets.
Represented a national real estate lender originating construction loans ranging from $50,000,000-$85,000,000 for multifamily developments.
