Avery is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, he served as a Summer Associate. He also served as a New Hampshire Supreme Court Law Clerk for the Honorable Anna B. Hantz Marconi, as an Arizona Court of Appeals Law Clerk for the Honorable David D. Weinzweig, an Arizona Court of Appeals Legal Extern for the Honorable Paul J. McMurdie, and a Legal Extern at the Arizona Attorney General, Environmental Enforcement Section.
