Melissa has been employed with Sheehan Phinney since 1984. She works primarily in the Corporate Practice Group and assists with a variety of matters including entity formation, organization, administration, corporate governance, corporate transactions, annual report filings with the various Secretary of State offices and preparation of documents to adhere to annual meeting requirements.She is a graduate of Endicott College with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies.
