Valerie A. April

Valerie works in real estate law with a concentration in affordable housing. Services provided include formation of entities, preparation of organizational documentation and consents, drafting documentation for clients with respect to acquisitions and/or sale of real estate, performing zoning review and ordering and obtaining UCC-11 searches, and preparing and filing HUD-2530’s for clients.

Valerie earned her BS Paralegal Studies from Notre Dame College, her NH Paralegal certification and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
