Corporate Paralegal - Manchester, NH

This role will perform substantive legal work, contributing to moderately complex aspects of projects or matters (as applicable), under the direction of attorneys. Subject matter expertise and duties are specific to Sheehan’s Corporate Group. This will include assisting with corporate transactions, closings, and real estate work (generated outside of the real estate group). Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Performs legal and records research, organizes and analyzes information, drafts and prepares documents and correspondence along with other tasks as assigned. Substantive work is billable with a 1400-hour billable time per annum target.
