(July 30, 2026, Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney has expanded its Business Litigation Group with the addition of Peyton B. Vaillancourt as an Associate and Danielle L. Mello as a Paralegal.
Before joining the firm, Vaillancourt served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and as a Judicial Intern with the New Hampshire 9th Circuit Court. She also previously worked as both a Paralegal and Legal Assistant, supporting attorneys in a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Vaillancourt is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Law School, where she was a Daniel Webster Scholar, her B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, and her paralegal studies certificate from New Hampshire Technical Institute. Vaillancourt served as Senior Editor of the University of New Hampshire Law Review and a Civil Procedure Teaching Assistant.
Mello joined the firm from Brady Sullivan Properties, where she handled various litigation, landlord tenant, and insurance matters. She also served as a paralegal at the Attorney General’s office, where she worked on Tobacco Diligent Enforcement and trial preparation.
Mellow received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Bay Path University, where she also earned a Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies.
