(Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney has elected Chloe F.P. Golden as a firm shareholder, effective January 1, 2026.

Golden’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and affordable housing. She works primarily with nonprofit and for-profit owners and developers through the process of financing, acquiring, developing, and preserving affordable housing projects.

Golden received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, her B.A., cum laude, from Brenau University, and is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire. She was recognized as one of the New England Real Estate Journal’s “2025 Ones to Watch”. Active in the local community, Golden serves on the Board of Directors for Families in Transition and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester class of 2021.
