Jill brings over 25 years of human resources experience to Sheehan Phinney, throughout the U.S. and abroad. She is responsible for the Firm’s Human Resources Department, providing guidance and executing initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee collaboration, communication, and the Firm’s ongoing commitment to its employees.
Jill brings over 25 years of human resources experience to Sheehan Phinney, throughout the U.S. and abroad. She is responsible for the Firm’s Human Resources Department, providing guidance and executing initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee collaboration, communication, and the Firm’s ongoing commitment to its employees.
Jill received her M.Sc. in management with a concentration in HR from Lesley University, and her B.A. from Framingham State College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association of Legal Administrators, and has her SHRM SCP and SPHR certifications.
Jill spearheads the firm’s annual ALS fundraising efforts. She enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and snowmobiling in the winter.
