Peyton is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Before joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and as a Judicial Intern with the New Hampshire 9th Circuit Court. Peyton also worked as a Summer Associate at Upton & Hatfield, where she developed an interest in employment law.

Prior to law school, Peyton worked as a paralegal and legal assistant, supporting attorneys in a broad range of civil litigation matters. She draws on her experience in both the federal and state court systems to bring a practical understanding of the legal process to her work on behalf of clients.
