Robert is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group where he represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation matters. His practice centers on construction disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes in closely held companies, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. He appears before state and federal courts and arbitration panels.

Before joining Sheehan Phinney, Robert was a partner at a small South Shore law firm and served as a prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Robert served on active duty as an officer in the United States Army where he deployed to Afghanistan.
