Eills Named to Care Central VNA & Hospice Board of Directors

(Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder Andrew Eills has been named to the Board of Directors for Care Central VNA & Hospice (CCVNA).

CCVNA, a not-for-profit home healthcare agency headquartered in Gardner, Massachusetts, is dedicated to providing quality care to the central Massachusetts community, regardless of ability to pay. Eills’s health care practice encompasses contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters, federal and state regulatory issues, and corporate and non-profit governance. He works extensively with Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals, home health agencies, and a variety of other health care providers on compliance with the Anti- Kickback Statute and the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) law; state regulatory issues including change of ownership and licensing; credentialing, and health care entity strategic planning.
