(1/5/2021, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney is proud to announce that Brian J. Bouchard has been elected as a firm shareholder, effective January 1, 2021. Bouchard currently works out the firm’s Manchester office. As of February, 2021 he will be located in our newly opened Portsmouth office.

Brian will be a vital part of Sheehan’s new Portsmouth office.”
Bouchard has an active litigation practice that focuses on labor and employment, land use, and construction issues. In his labor and employment practice he counsels and represents companies through all manner of complexities, from claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations to questions involving employee management, executive contracts, employee mobility, and legal compliance.
Bouchard has written and lectured on legal topics throughout the Granite State. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, his B.A., magna cum laude, from Stonehill College and is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Bouchard is Chair of Leadership Seacoast, of which he graduated in 2018.
