Litigation Associate Attorney – Boston, MA

We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Litigation Associates to join our team. Responsibilities include representing a broad range of clients in commercial disputes and tort actions; conducting research; drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents; collecting and analyzing evidence; utilizing cutting-edge e-discovery tools; managing all phases of discovery; taking and defending depositions; and attending hearings, arbitrations, trials, and mediations. In addition, coordinating and supervising the work of outside experts while ensuring compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws related to litigation matters.
