Sheehan Phinney Expands Corporate Group, Welcomes Attorney Collins

(Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney is proud to welcome shareholder Eric I. Collins to its Corporate Group, working out of our Portsmouth, Boston, and Manchester offices.

Collins focuses his legal practice advising and counseling small to mid-cap businesses from formation through exit, including entity formation, corporate tax, borrower-side commercial lending, private equity/debt, strategic growth acquisitions, succession plans, and market exits. He works with venture capital firms, life science companies, cannabis companies, technology companies, and family enterprises. Collins also acts as outside-general counsel for privately held businesses and small public companies.

Collins joins Sheehan Phinney from the law firm of Furman Gregory Deptula (FGD). Before his time at FGD, he interned with the Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro, U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire. He is admitted to practice in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Eric received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from New England College.
