(Boston, MA, February 1, 2021) – Sheehan Phinney has named shareholder Michael J. Lambert Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Lambert previously served on the firm’s five-person Management Committee as the ‘At Large’ member (Boston) for six years. As Chair of the Litigation Department, he will continue to serve on the Management Committee, and will also continue as the Head of the Boston office. Sheehan Phinney’s Management Committee oversees the administrative and business functions and strategic planning initiatives for the firm.

Lambert has been with Sheehan Phinney since 1995 and represents clients throughout New England and nationally. His practice includes providing legal counsel and advocacy for businesses and individuals and includes the areas of: employment law; entity formation and governance; disputes between co-owners of businesses; insurance coverage and defense; and contract negotiation, drafting and enforcement. He received his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law, Boston and his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. Lambert has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America ® for his work in Insurance Law.
